Ten Speed Theatre is a bike-powered puppet show designed to travel around NE Portland offering free shows in parks, libraries, farmers' markets and other community spaces. A generous grant from RACC allows us to perform this service at no cost, making it an equitable way for the community to gather and experience joy.
